These MAMMOTION After-Sales Policies (these “Policies”) only apply to MAMMOTION products you purchased from MAMMOTION directly for your own use and not for those acquired secondhand. By using your MAMMOTION product, you agree to be bound by these policies.

When receiving service, MAMMOTION is responsible for loss or damage to your product only while it is in MAMMOTION's possession or in transit, if MAMMOTION is responsible for transportation.

MAMMOTION is not responsible for the loss or disclosure of any data, including confidential information, proprietary information, or personal information, contained in a product.


MAMMOTION will attempt to diagnose and resolve your problem by telephone, e-mail, or online chat. MAMMOTION may direct you to download or install particular software updates. If your problem cannot be resolved via e-mail, over the telephone, or through the application of software updates, you may be required to deliver the product to MAMMOTION for further examination or to local MAMMOTION’s appointed service centers.

What This Limited Warranty Does NOT Cover

All the damages caused by misuse or not following the user manual and below:

  1. Third-party claims against you for damages;
  2. Loss, damage, or disclosure of your data;
  3. Special, incidental, punitive, indirect, or consequential damages, including but not limited to lost profits, business revenue, goodwill, or anticipated savings. In no case shall the total liability of MAMMOTION, its affiliates, suppliers, resellers, or service providers for damages from any cause exceed the amount of actual direct damage, not to exceed the amount paid for the product.

Product and Part Replacement

When after-sales service involves the replacement of a product or part, the replaced product or part becomes MAMMOTION’s property, and the replacement product or part becomes your property. Only unaltered MAMMOTION products and parts are eligible for replacement.

Replacement products or parts provided by MAMMOTION may not be new, but they will be in good working order and at least functionally equivalent to the original product or part’s warranty.

A replacement product or part shall be covered for the time remaining in the original product’s warranty.


Under this Limited Warranty, MAMMOTION warrants that each MAMMOTION product that you purchase will be free from material and workmanship defects under normal use in accordance with MAMMOTION’s published product materials during the warranty period. MAMMOTION’s published product materials include, but are not limited to user manuals, quick start guide, maintenance, specifications, disclaim, and in-app notifications. The warranty period varies for different products and parts. Please check the information below to verify the duration of the warranty for your particular product or parts.

  1. The warranty period for the product starts on the original date of purchase specified on your sales receipt or invoice, while a pre-order product starts from the shipping date from the local warehouse.
  2. MAMMOTION will need users to arrange the shipment by themselves if users would like to send the products to the local service center or MAMMOTION factory for further diagnosis. MAMMOTION will repair or replace and send it back to users at no cost if the problem falls under this Limited Warranty. If not, MAMMOTION or a designated service center may charge a fee accordingly.
  3. MAMMOTION guarantees that, subject to the following conditions, Warranty Repair Service can be requested. Please contact MAMMOTION or your authorized MAMMOTION dealer for more details.
  4. DOA (dead-on-arrival, defective-on-arrival, and/or damaged-on-arrival). After receiving goods from MAMMOTION, or the authorized dealer, and finding the product appears to be damaged or has performance(s) failure. In such a condition, please contact MAMMOTION or your authorized MAMMOTION dealer to identify and confirm the replacement.
  5. Replacement applies to DOA cases. It shall be requested within 7 calendar days of receiving the goods. The replacement will be completed within 30 calendar days upon receipt of the completed goods, including all original accessories, attachments, and packaging.

How to Obtain Warranty Service

For cases under warranty conditions, you can obtain warranty service by contacting MAMMOTION’s local dealer or through this form. For products ordered from a local dealer, please contact the dealer first.

You will need to provide a valid proof of purchase, receipt, or order number (for MAMMOTION Direct Sales) along with the Serial Number of your products for the warranty service. Charges may apply for services not covered by this Limited Warranty. Please contact MAMMOTION for information specific to your location.

Please note that the warranty service is only available in the respective MAMMOTION service regions where you purchased your MAMMOTION product.

Your Other Rights

This Limited Warranty provides you with extra and specific legal rights. You may have other rights according to the applicable laws of your state or jurisdiction. You may also have other rights under a written agreement with MAMMOTION. Nothing in this Limited Warranty affects your statutory rights, including the rights of consumers under laws or regulations governing the sale of consumer products that can not be waived or limited by agreement.


Return and  Refund


We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced.

If the order is canceled within 24 hours, on fees will be charged.

If the order is canceled after 24 hours and the order has not been shipped out, please note that we will charge a transaction fee for the refund (3.6% for credit card users, 3.6% for PayPal users, 2.99% for Klarna users).

We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.

Returns (if applicable)

We accept returns of products. Customers have the right to apply for a return within 30 calendar days after delivery of the product.

  • Return Conditions

 * To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened, unactivated, and is still in its new condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging including all components.

* Please note that we will charge a transaction fee if you apply for the refund (3.6% for credit card users, 3.6% for PayPal users, 2.99% for Klarna users).

  • Return Process

Our customer service team will determine whether your order is eligible for return. After confirming your order is eligible, you will receive instructions on how to properly pack the products and return them to us. Please confirm the return address before sending back, and make sure all components are included in the package.

  • Shipping fees

If the return is caused by the consumer, the consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.

If the goods received are damaged or incorrect due to our reasons, the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason. 

Refunds (if applicable)

After you have returned the product to our warehouse and provided us the shipping information, we will issue a refund within 5 business days. You will be notified by email when your order is refunded. If you have not received the refund after 5 business days, please contact us at

If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
