    Warranty

    MistCooling, Inc warrants its products to be free of defects in material and workmanship for a period of the following time from the date of purchase:

    LIFETIME WARRANTY: Stainless Steel Mist Rings, Stainless Steel Tubing, and Stainless Steel Fittings

    2 YEAR WARRANTY: Mid Pressure Pumps - 250PSI, Commercial Ac Pre-cooling Kits, All high-pressure brass fittings, high-pressure tubing, and Pool Coolers.

    1 YEAR WARRANTY: All High-Pressure Mist Pumps - 1000PSI, 1500PSI, High-Velocity Mist Fans 14'', 18'', 24'' and 30'', Mosquito Control Systems, Odor Control Systems, Dust Control Systems, Timers and Controls, 200psi mid pressure pumps, All Fan based portable units.

    6 MONTH WARRANTY: Low-Pressure mist kits. All low and mid pressure push locks, and compression fittings and tubing.

    90 DAY WARRANTY: All other parts.

    The warranty does not cover damage or broken parts due to misuse of the system or damage to the system due to the growth of trees, floods, falling tree limbs, power surges or faulty electrical connections, internal/external water damage, the action of the customer or of third parties. The warranty does not cover modifications to or replacement of any parts of the system required by changes in federal, state, or local laws, regulations, or ordinances. Furthermore, the warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, appearance, accident, fire, external freezing, hot water damage, overuse, or misapplication. Issues such as noise level, clogging of the nozzles, and leaks arising from the improper installation are not considered defects. Issues arising from poor maintenance and failure to change filter and oil at specified intervals (every 500 hours) do not qualify for warranty replacement. Oil seal wear on high-pressure pumps may be limited to 1000 hours or less. The warranty does not cover damage to the pump when it is run dry.

    If the system is not maintained by MistCooling, Inc., or if any person other than an authorized MistCooling, Inc., representative services, and/or modifies the system, the warranty will be void, and any repairs will be charged to the customer. MistCooling Inc.’s obligation under this warranty shall be limited to replacing or repairing at MistCooling Inc’s discretion, any such product or part which must be returned to MistCooling Inc with a Return Authorization Number (RMA), transportation charges prepaid, and which upon examination, is found to MistCooling Inc’s satisfaction to have been defective under the terms of this warranty. No credit will be allowed against future purchases for items returned as defective under the terms of MistCooling Inc’s warranty.

    This warranty does not extend to any products, which have been altered or modified after shipment from MistCooling Inc, nor does it apply to units that are returned in an unassembled condition. This is a Limited Warranty. It covers the product only and the extent of the coverage is limited to the cost of the product itself. As the manufacturer has no control over shipping, handling, and improper installation. MistCooling, Inc is not liable for damages or any expenses incurred through the use of its products. The warranty will be considered violated if the products are used for other than the criteria described in each product‘s guidelines for use. This warranty is non-transferable. Labor charges may apply. Nozzles and Filters are excluded from this warranty. The customer is responsible for shipping costs and tracking the parts sent to mistcooling.com for warranty and repairs. Outbound shipping is covered by mistcooling.com subject to our shipping policy.

    NO IMPLIED WARRANTIES; LIMITATION OF LIABILITY. THERE ARE NO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE. EXCEPT FOR THE WARRANTY HEREIN, IN NO EVENT SHALL MISTCOOLING INC BE LIABLE TO CUSTOMER OR ANY OTHER PARTY FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF USE OF ITS PRODUCTS. IN NO EVENT SHALL MISTCOOLING INC's MONETARY DAMAGES EXCEED THE PURCHASE PRICE OF THE SYSTEM. THIS LIMITATION OF LIABILITY SHALL APPLY REGARDLESS OF THE FORM OF ACTION, WHETHER IN CONTRACT OR TORT, INCLUDING MISTCOOLING INC'S PRICING REFLECTS THE ALLOCATION OF RISK AND LIMITATIONS ON LIABILITY CONTAINED IN THIS AGREEMENT. ANY CUSTOMER PURCHASING AND/OR USING MISTCOOING INC'S PRODUCTS HEREBY AGREES TO THE ABOVE TERMS.

    Shipping

    Our primary shipping companies are FedEx and USPS. We may use UPS and DHL along with other freight carriers on occasional basis. We have multiple pick up times scheduled throughout the day. To fulfill your order faster, our shipping department will select the best carrier depending on the time of the day your order is placed. Based on order volume, orders placed after 1:00PM CST are most likely to be processed next day.

    Shipping Methods and Delivery Time

    Free Shipping

    Free Shipping which applies to customers in USA (48 States) only. All free shipping items are shipped via Standard shipping method.

    Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii and US Territories

    Free shipping option does not apply to customers in Alaska and Hawaii and US Territories. There may be extra shipping fee to these destinations. If your order consists of additional shipping charges, our customer service rep will contact you and notify you of those charges before processing your order.

    Tracking Your Packages

    You will receive one or more tracking numbers on the confirmation e-mail we send you when your order is shipped. This tracking number can be used to check the status of your package at our shipping carriers' online websites:

    APO/FPO Addresses

    For APO/FPO addresses, all orders will be shipped via our Standard Service only (Expedited and Express ship methods are currently not available for APO/FPO addresses). Standard delivery timeframes (as noted above) do not apply to APO/FPO shipments.

    Canceling an Order

    You may cancel an order at any time prior to processing at our center by calling (855) 601-2444 or via email support@smartnaturestore.com. Unfortunately, we are not able to cancel orders once they have been shipped. Please refer to our Return Policy at this time.

    Backorders

    If an item goes on back order we may ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment. We may also choose fulfill the entire order with product of equal or better quality that has the same performance and function. Our customer service rep will contact you and explain the upgraded features of the replaced item. For example, if standard brass nozzles are in backorder, we may upgrade you to same brass nozzles with nickel plated coating at no extra charge. These nozzles are exactly same nozzles in terms of size and performance but it has additional rust protective coating and usually cost more than the standard brass nozzles. This will allow us to fulfill your order faster.

    Shipment of Insecticides

    Per regulations, most liquid insecticides cannot be shipped via Air freight. All orders of mosquito insecticides and odor control neutralizers will be shipped via ground transportation regardless of expedited shipping options selected during checkout.

    Incorrect Shipping Address

    It is customer's responsibility to provide accurate and complete shipping address during check out. Our systems will automatically ship to the address provided on the order. If you are using PayPal account, please verify/update your shipping address on your PayPal account. MistCooling Inc and Smart Nature Store are not liable for any lost shipment due to incorrect shipping address on your order. If your package is returned back to our facility marked as "UNDELIVERABLE", we will contact you via email to re-verify the shipping address. You may be billed for re-shipment even if your original order qualified for free shipping. If you wish to cancel your order at this time, terms of our return policy will apply.

    Damaged or Lost Shipment

    We take proper care in packaging each shipment. However, please note that once the package leaves MistCooling's facility, we have no control over it. If you have received a damaged shipment, notify delivery driver immediately or refuse the package. MistCooling, Inc and Smart Nature Store should be notified within 48 hours if you have received parts that are damaged during shipment. You may file a claim to appropriate carrier for compensation. Likewise, if tracking information shows your package delivered and you are not able to locate it, contact appropriate shipping carrier.

    Missing or Incorrect Items

    Please check all items upon arrival of your package immediately. Smart Nature Store should be notified within 48 hours if your shipment consists of incorrect or missing items. This is a rare scenario but we will ship the missing parts after verification from our shipping department. Please retain all original shipping boxes and shipping labels.

    Return

    Mist Cooling Inc will gladly exchange a defective product. If you have received a defective product, Mist Cooling Inc and Smart Nature Store must be notified within 48 hours of receipt of the material. If you have received a broken parcel, please notify the delivery driver at the time of taking delivery. You may also file a claim directly to the shipping provider.

    Please keep in mind that most issues can be resolved with basic troubleshooting steps. We may ask you to perform these basic troubleshooting steps in order to get your product working properly. Mist Cooling Inc will not authorize a return or exchange if troubleshooting support is refused by the customer.

    Mist Cooling Inc will handle returns/exchanges on a case-by-case basis. Our return requirements vary depending on the type of item you'd like to return. This is due to the seasonal nature of our products. However, most products can be returned within 15 Days and exchanged within 30 days of the purchase date. All sales are final after 30 days. Please email our customer service at support@smartnaturestore.com with your Invoice/Packing Slip number if you wish to return or exchange your product. We will then qualify your return and issue RMA#.

    The following conditions apply after we qualify your return/exchange and issue RMA#:

    • Returns/Exchanges cannot be made without RMA # authorized by MISTCOOLING INC. All returned items must be in NEW, UN-USED CONDITION, UN-ASSEMBLED, and in the ORIGINAL
    • PACKAGING. Any used items returned will not be refunded. Special orders or custom-made items are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.
    • Freight should be pre-paid by the customer for all return shipments along with the RMA# and original Invoice/Packing Slip.
    • Items must be properly packaged to reduce the possibility of damage during the return process.
    • A 25% Restocking Fee will be deducted from the refund.
    • Shipping & Handling charges are Non-refundable.
    • The price of any missing/damaged parts will be deducted from the refund.
    • Any free shipping items returned will have the outbound freight charge deducted from the total return.
    • Upon arrival at MistCooling Inc's warehouse all returned items are inspected.
    • Your refund or replacement will be processed after we receive, inspect, and verify your return.
    • MistCooling Inc reserves a right to deny credit/exchange if any of the above conditions are not met.
