To purchase a product, you can either order online or by phone. If ordering online, click "Add To Cart" for your desired item and proceed to checkout. Enter the necessary shipping and billing info and finish checking out. For orders over the phone, call us at (855) 601-2444; you will be given an immediate order confirmation followed by quick processing of the purchase.

If you wish to modify your order, feel free to email us at support@smartnaturestore.com and request the change at no additional cost. The difference in price will be refunded to your card or an invoice will be sent for any extra payment requirements. All alterations need to take place before shipment. You will receive an order confirmation message at the email address you provide us for each purchase. We suggest keeping a copy of the email confirmation for your records. Make sure to enter your email address correctly so that you can get your confirmation properly.

Orders may be shipped on the same business day or take up to 5 business days in rare cases. Typically orders arrive within 5-7 days; however, if it takes longer, it will be noted on the product page.

You will receive a confirmation email with shipping/billing information upon placing your order.

Smaller items will be sent via USPS, UPS, or FedEx, and more oversized items will be handled with LTL freight services.

Smaller items will receive an email with detailed tracking information. 

Most of our orders are shipped by third-party freight carriers, and you will need to provide a valid phone number at checkout for delivery scheduling. The freight carrier will contact you to arrange a delivery date and time.

You can cancel any order for a 100% refund before it has shipped out. Please notify us immediately at support@smartnaturestore.com if you want to cancel your order. Once the order has shipped, it is subject to our Return Policy.

When your item(s) arrive, be sure to check the packaging for any damage. If you see any harm - even to just the box - make a record of it when signing for receipt. If you’re unable to look inside but think something might be wrong with it, write “possible damage” on the delivery slip.

If there is damage, please send photos of it to support@smartnaturestore.com, and we will take care of a replacement or reimbursement for you.
