The design of the seats and recliners in Buenospa hot tubs was preceded by a long planning process to manufacture products that are ergonomically perfect. The shape of the seats matches body contours so that you can spend hours in the hot tub comfortably. The seats are designed with various jet sets and arrangements to meet different needs, so everyone can find a place ideal for him/her. Our hot tubs are available with the following massage seats:

RELAX massage seat It targets the regeneration of the shoulder girdle and the longitudinal back muscle tissues, as well as the hip flexor muscles and the knee extensor muscles – the muscle groups most exposed to everyday loads.

EXPERT massage seat Its adjustable nozzles can achieve their physiological effects with customized directions and strength.

COOL DOWN massage seat After a complete body massage or water gymnastics, sometimes it feels good just to stay sitting on the edge of the pool, and let our back muscles be lightly massaged. This seat is perfect for children, too.

FOCUS massage seat It offers its user an experience similar to the Expert effect, relaxing the longitudinal back muscle tissues, and passively exercising the hip and the thigh flexor and extensor muscle groups.

BODY flow massage seat The massage seat with the most intensive physiological effect; in addition to the trunk’s muscle fibers, it also has effects on venous and lymphatic circulation in the lower limbs, bringing relief to vein valves.

INTENSO massage seat The most refreshing massage seat. The favorite of professional athletes. After exhaustive and intensive training, it ensures the regeneration of the most critical areas, the back and leg muscles.

Superfine Filter & Ozone Generator

The BuenoSpa tubs multi-stage filtering and conditioning system is designed to provide exceptionally high quality crystal clear bathing water. The ozone generator produces ozone which when mixed with water is a powerful oxidant that helps to destroy bacteria, viruses, and algae that could be present in the water. The Bueno spa tubs are equipped with filter that provide cleaner water. It prevents the growth of bacteria. Inactivates harmful microbes particularly efficient, thereby increasing the life of your product. Filters provide fresh, clean and clear water in an efficient and environmentally friendly way.

Polyfoam Insulation

Its exceptional thermal conductivity increases the time you may comfortably – without a hot water refill – spend in the tub or pool, and at the same time it conserves energy. It has excellent sound insulation properties and significantly reduces noise intensity through the tub wall – so the neighbors won’t be bothered if you feel like taking a refreshing massage in the middle of the night. By purchasing it, you help us support environmental protection, since during PU processing – as opposed to fiberglass technology – no harmful gases are generated. From this perspective, the insulation provided by Buenospa ensures a complete solution to this situation. The inside of the cabinet is covered with several layers of polyurethane foam (about one cm thick) which is well known for its very good thermal insulation properties. Heat from the pumps and the heaters is keeping in the inside of the shell, in this way heating the pool cabinet and the water as well. This high-quality insulation type makes every Buenospa hot tub extremely energy efficient, saving you a lot of money, and ensuring that your hot tub is operated in an environmentally friendly way.

Thermal Covers

Bueno spa manufactures all covers to ensure consistent quality and the highest level of thermal insulation effectiveness. This helps to keep our customer’s energy costs to a minimum. Our covers include features like a full length hinge buffer seal, internal vapor seal, and a marine grade UV resistant outer cover. the top surface slopes like a house roof so that rain can easily run off. Available in grey color.

Horizontside Cabinet

The HorizontSide cabinet is made from horizontally laid, thick-lath, wood-effect units on the sides, and vertical thin cabinet panels on the corners. No more sanding, oiling and messy maintenance of a traditional timber cabinet. Bueno spa cabinets are made from a UV resistant polymer material that looks as good as real wood but is entirely maintenance free. The contemporary color suit both interior and garden settings.

Reinforced Molded Abs Floor Pan

The insulated one piece molded floor pan forms the foundation upon which we build our spas. The pan sides extend upwards and form a, moisture and insect proof barrier to protect the spas structure from the detrimental effects of damp ground. Our reflective barrier insulation system extends across the floor pan to prevent valuable waste heat being drawn through the base by the “cold sink effect” that is created by damp ground.

Shipping Policy

Variable Shipping Policy for U.S. 47-States:

• Standard shipping included to the U.S. 47-states (minus AK, HI) on all orders with a merchandise total of $100 or more.
• Package orders under $100 ship to the U.S. 47-states for a flat rate of just $24.95.
• White glove deliveries call for quote – not available in all regions.

Alaska & Hawaii: We do not currently ship to Alaska & Hawaii.

Canada: We are not authorized to ship to Canada but can ship to any address near the Canadian Border you may choose.

We only ship within the U.S.A. Sorry, no shipping to offshore U.S. territories or other countries.

ORDER PROCESSING

Quick Shipping for Supplies and Other Stocked Items: Orders for stocked merchandise placed by 9 PM Eastern Time (6 PM Pacific) are normally shipped by the fifth business day. This excludes weekends and holidays.

BuenoSpas are limited in availability to production scheduling per model. If we are out of the model you choose, expect to wait a reasonable time. Due to heightened market demand at the factory, please allow up to 12-24 weeks for production. Add shipping time in transit, typically up to 5-10 additional business days.

SPA DELIVERY

The freight company will contact you in advance of the delivery, to give an expected arrival window. We strongly recommend that you or someone you trust be at the delivery address to sign for the delivery.

At the time of delivery, check for damage. Giving the freight company permission to leave the delivery without inspection exposes you to all liability for damage or loss.

Potential Split Shipments:
Please don't be concerned if your entire order is not delivered together. Your merchandise may arrive in multiple cartons, and sometimes on different days. It all depends on a number of factors, so please read below before contacting us:

• Spa accessories could be shipped from a different warehouse and arrive separately.
• Large, bulky items are often shipped factory-direct (freight), separately from other items such as supplies.
• Parts of your order may be shipped by different carriers such as FedEx, UPS, Postal Service, or freight.

Return Policy

100 DAYS RETURN OR EXCHANGE POLICY

If you wish to cancel your order free of charge, you must email us within 2 (two) business days of the purchase, and cancel your order. If you choose to cancel your order after 2 (two) business days, you will be charged 5% (five percent) of the total purchase price to cover costs incurred on your behalf. If you choose to cancel or exchange your order after the item has shipped but no more than 100 (one hundred) days, you will be responsible for shipping charges of $1000 (thousand dollars) plus 10% (ten per cent) of the total invoice to cover costs incurred on your behalf.

When you need to return or exchange any purchased item, you have to provide the proof of purchase and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
A valid return should be based on one of the following conditions and as per the requirements listed below:

• All returns require Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)
• After obtaining an RMA, you have to ensure that your return is adequately packed for shipping and insured
• Clearly and legibly indicate the provided RMA number on the package. Returns without an RMA cannot be accepted, consequently will not be accepted.
• We must receive your return within 60 (sixty) calendar days of purchase.
• Merchandise must be in original, salable condition without cosmetic damage, or any other damage.
• Original shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
• Customer is responsible for the safe return if the package including the shipping and the related insurance.
• The spa must be at curbside, and ready for pickup at the scheduled time and date.

To Request an RMA: 
Provide your name and contact information, the order number, the date of purchase, the product plate information (indicating model name, serial number, configuration ID), any photos or other media files if your reason for the return is any kind of damage. 

• Use the Support Request Form online as the quickest way to obtain an RMA (fastest way - no waiting on hold).
