Didn't come with instructions but really easy to setup. The company itself was super responsive and it shipped faster than expected. Really impressed by the speed of shipping.
The scooter itself is something else. Now you should definitely have a garage for this or serious security for it. Disc brake lock. Litelock etc. The security on it is fine but you lose the alarm when charging the battery. Battery seems kinda weak imo. This is my first electric anything. As well as riding something close to a moped or motorcycle. That being said I picked things up pretty easy. As well as you needing to research your state laws for scooter laws.
I'm in NY and so far no issues but still if you can get a DOT approved version of these. Get it and register it. So you can get the most out of this. Make no mistake this thing is powerful 💪💪💪. Everyone loves it and wants to know about it. It's super quiet and I rode past dogs with zero issues and no barking.
Parts like the fender and such are plastic and cheap but can be modded to be more durable. Speaking of durability. These city coco scooters are sincerely without a doubt some durable little vehicles. I originally assumed these were fragile and couldn't withstand intense weather. Upon further research. It can somehow. Do i recommend it? That's up to rider to take the risk. I will because science.
Best purchase overall. Could help it sales being a tad cheaper but I don't feel ripped off. Except in range. Torque and speed are satisfactory. I live in a very hilly area.
Thank you to everyone at Smart nature. I hope you guys continue to get business.
